SHIPPING COSTS

Product prices listed on the 3DUnlimited.it website do not include shipping. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and specified when placing your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

3D Unlimited ships to Italy and abroad via Bartolini, TNT, and SDA express courier services.

When the order is shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking code to track it.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer and are typically delivered within 24-48 hours in Italy (excluding holidays and the days before holidays) from the moment the order is handed over to the courier. Delivery times abroad vary from 4 to 10 days.

Deliveries are made by express couriers only on weekdays.

Delivery of the goods is intended to be at street level.

Upon delivery, please check that:

  • the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the invoice;
  • the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape).

Any damage or discrepancy in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery by adding the words “collection with reservation due to missing and/or damaged n. xxx packages” on the relevant transport document and communicated promptly by email to adm@3dunlimited.it.

In case of problems with the delivery of the order (inability to collect the package, incorrect address, etc.) the customer can contact 3D Unlimited by sending an email to info@3dunlimited.it.

3D Unlimited cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
